Our largest studio, Whitehouse, is a restored 19th-century warehouse located in North London, recently transformed into a versatile photographic and filming studio. This spacious 2300 sqft with 6m ceilings, adaptable space features a three-wall infinity cove as well as many other incredible background textures, opening the doors to endless creative opportunities Furthermore, our team of skilled Set builders is capable of bringing your creative vision to life. The studio boasts white brick walls and generous warehouse skylights that flood the space with natural light. The 8 by 5-meter cove comes complete with an overhead lighting rig and industrial power outlets. Next to the primary shooting area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a changing room. We also offer prearranged on-site parking and Wi-Fi.

£95 per hour Monday to Sunday 8:00 – 20:00 Weekday rates for full day (8 hrs): £490+VAT Overtime: £75+VAT Weekend Rates for full day (8 hrs): £550+VAT Overtime: £85+VAT Minimum Booking Duration: 4 hours
Additional Info
- Set up and pack down is included in the booking time. - Please leave the studio as you found it or we'll have to charge a cleaning fee. - Overtime is charged after 10min from the end of the booking. - All ages are allowed in the space - The studio space will be as it appears in the listing photographs - Furniture and props can be moved around the studio on the condition that they are returned to where they came from - If furniture and props are not returned to their original location, a discretionary post-service cleaning fee will be applied - Furniture and large props cannot be moved out of the space - Smoke machines are allowed - Nudity is allowed - Security cameras cover the outside access roads and common spaces. - Noise restrictions after 20:00
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
