£60 per hour Monday to Sunday Opening Hours: 8:00 – 23:00 Minimum hire duration: 3 hours
Venue Rules
Allowed uses - Photo/film/production studio, event space, workshop/co-working space. Not allowed - residential use, unlicensed public events. No alcohol provided by the venue. BYO alcohol allowed. No late hours. No in-house catering available. External catering allowed. Promoted and ticketed events allowed but strictly licensed only. Temporary Event Notice (TENs) allowed. Cleaning - £60/90 (week/weekend) for events. included in the rate for productions (unless place left excessively dirty/untidy). Parking - only for up to 30'. Available paid slots in the streets around the building. Terrace available. No smoking in the building. No wheelchair access.
Cancellation Policy
Moderate: Cancel 30 days or more before the booking start date → 50% refund of the Rental Fee Cancel less than 30 days before the booking start date → non-refundable
