Not allowed - residential use, unlicensed public events. - Promoted and ticketed events allowed but strictly licensed only. - Parking - only for up to 30'. Available paid slots in the streets around the building. -Terrace available. - No smoking in the building. Access is limited strictly to the open-plan studio, kitchen and bathroom. Using other studios/rooms within the premises isn’t authorised. Cleaning - £60/90 (week/weekend) for events. included in the rate for productions (unless place left excessively dirty/untidy).
Cancellation Policy
Moderate: Cancel 30 days or more before the booking start date → 50% refund of the Rental Fee Cancel less than 30 days before the booking start date → non-refundable
