Not allowed at the venue - confetti, live flame candles. Noise restrictions from 23:00. BYO alcohol – allowed only when Dry Hire. External catering – allowed only when Dry Hire. TENs available on request (charges apply). Cleaning - guests are invited to leave the space as they found it. No writings on mirrors or furniture.
Cancellation Policy
For all events where a specific area is reserved (Full Venue, Mala Madre, A59 Room, Mezzanine, Front Bar Area, or The Zen Den), the cancellation policy and applicable fees are as follows: 1. Cancellations made 91 days or more before the event date: Full refund will be returned minus 5% administration fee. 2. Cancellations made 90 to 30 days before the event date: 50% of the minimum spend or pre-order amount (whichever is higher) is payable. If no minimum spend applies, 50% of the deposit or card authorization plus a 5% administration fee will be retained. 3. Cancellations made 29 days or less before the event date: Full minimum spend or pre-order (whichever is higher) is payable. If no minimum spend applies, the full deposit or authorized amount will be retained. 4. Christmas parties (lunch, dinner, or drinks) for 20 guests or fewer, without a reserved area: Less than 5 working days’ notice will result in retention of the full deposit or card authorization.
