Spratts Factory is a 3,000 square foot Victorian factory conversion. With two wide entrances at ground floor level, the space is spread over 3 levels. The 2,000 square foot ground floor is open plan, with double height ceilings, original 20 foot arched windows, and exposed brickwork. The entire space has recently undergone a full renovation to an extremely high standard, with a painstaking attention to detail. It is possible to shoot from a height from both upper levels, thanks to open walkways and a large "wall window" set within the second-floor bedroom.

Please note that our rates are based on cast & crew size, nature of the shoot, whether large equipment/props will be coming in, or set builds will be taking place. The advertised rate is a guide only (and we pay VAT and Occupie fees out of it). It is indicative of a small scale stills shoot with maximum 10 cast/crew in total, or a small scale filming shoot with maximum 6 cast and crew in total. As cast/crew increases, so does the rate. Please reach out directly for bespoke rates, providing as much information as possible Open 7 days a week. Minimum Hire Duration: 4 hours
Additional Info
Allowed uses - filming, photography of a commercial nature. Not allowed uses - no “personal” shoots, we are very selective about music videos. No very loud music please. Parking - 3 spaces on site, further on street parking is available for a fee. Wheelchair access - we are on the ground floor with a couple of steps in/out.
Cancellation Policy
Moderate: Cancel 30 days or more before the booking start date → 50% refund of the Rental Fee Cancel less than 30 days before the booking start date → non-refundable
