RH Studios is a boutique fitness and wellness studio in Mitcham, South London, built on the idea that wellness does not only belong in Zone 1. Positioning: Peace meets Power. The venue holds two rooms that are hired independently. The Main Studio is a bright, mirrored floor used for yoga, Pilates, barre, dance and strength work, with a full sound system and storage for mats, blocks and props. The Cycle Studio is a dedicated indoor cycling room with studio lighting and its own sound system. The building also has a staffed reception, changing rooms, treatment rooms and free Wi-Fi throughout. It sits in a secure business centre and is a short walk from Mitcham Eastfields station and the Mitcham tram stops. The studio already hosts regular independent hirers including a dance school, a community group and a dance teacher, so we are used to working around recurring bookings and handing over a clean, ready room every time.

£55 per hour for casual, single booking. Block rates available for 10+ sessions and off-peak weekday hire before 3pm, priced on application. Building operating hours: 7:00am to 22:00, seven days. Hire is offered around the class timetable, which is reviewed monthly. The two studios are hired independently, so a booking in one does not block the other. Weekend afternoons are the widest open block. Minimum Hire Duration: 1 hours Maximum Hire Duration: full day

Boutique fitness and wellness studio. Two rooms let independently: Main Studio and Cycle Studio. Capacity Main Studio: 30 to 40 standing, 15 to 20 for a seated or mat-based class. Cycle Studio: 24 (24 bikes). Suitable for - Fitness and wellness classes, yoga, Pilates, barre, dance, indoor cycling, personal and small group training, workshops, rehearsals, filming and photography (subject to approval). Not allowed - parties, nightlife and club events. Anything requiring an alcohol licence. Unsupervised under-18s. Sub-letting or reselling the booking. Stilettos, chalk, open flames, candles, confetti or anything that marks or damages the floor. Equipment brought in without prior approval. Noise restrictions – it is a shared business centre, and the rooms are not soundproofed. Amplified music is permitted during hire but must be kept to a level that does not disturb neighbouring units. All hires must finish and vacate by 22:00. No hot food allowed. Cold light refreshments by prior agreement only. Cleaning - The studio is professionally cleaned on a contracted schedule, and every room is handed over clean. Hirers are asked to wipe down any equipment used, return mats, blocks, props and bikes to their storage positions, remove all rubbish and personal items, and leave the room as they found it. Anything beyond normal use may be charged as an additional cleaning fee. The studio has three established recurring hirers (a dance school on Thursdays and Fridays, a community group on Friday afternoons, and a weekly dance class), so availability is offered around those blocks. The venue is located on two floors - ground floor and first floor. Toilets are on the ground floor and are reached by stairs from upstairs. Access is by arrangement at the start of the hire. Hirers are responsible for their own participants, their own insurance and their own risk assessment. No changes to the room layout or equipment without prior approval. Any damage must be reported the same day.
