About the Space
Welcome to this fully equipped creative studio in the heart of Hackney Wick — an intimate and versatile space where photographers, artists, videographers and content creators can feel at home and bring their ideas to life. This bespoke, refurbished two-floor warehouse offers 646 m² of space with 4-metre-high ceilings, including a photo studio, living room, kitchen, office, two bedrooms and a bathroom — all designed with style and versatility in mind, by a working photographer. You can shoot with Colorama backdrops mounted on two different walls, or take advantage of the styled furniture and décor throughout the house, as seen in the final images. All rooms, including bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living areas, are available for shooting. This is an artistic space run by a creative manager, and sets can be customised to fit your vision. Furniture and props can be moved or added upon request to help you create the perfect environment for your project. When needed, a blackout blind allows you to block all external light, giving you total control for precise, continuous or flash lighting setups. 🚗 ACCESS & PARKING The studio is just a 1-minute walk from Hackney Wick overground station, making it easily accessible by public transport. Private parking is available on weekdays between 11 am and 5 pm (please request in advance). There’s also paid street parking nearby — just allow time to find a spot. If you're bringing gear or props, loading directly outside the studio is possible for drop-off. 📸 Come to create, explore and make this space yours. Venue Rules
No promoted and ticketed events allowed. No Temporary Event Notice (TENs) available. Bring your own DJ not allowed. No wheelchair access. You can bring your own catering if you wish. The kitchen is fully equipped if you would need cutlery, dishes, microwave. Alcohol is not permitted on the property. All ages are allowed in the space. Furniture and decorations may be moved - You can move furniture but not take it out of the place (out corridor is allowed) Please, notify in advance if you will bring a smoke machine. Nudity is allowed. Please, respect the space and the equipment like it was yours and leave it in the same way you find it. HEALTH & SAFETY: For the safety of all attendees, please ensure that all walkways and areas around professional lighting equipment (C-stands, tripods, etc.) are kept clear of bags, clothing, and personal belongings at all times to prevent trip hazards. The Host is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the guest’s failure to maintain a clear working environment or the improper movement of studio equipment. CLEANING: A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
