Allowed uses - as a podcast recording and production studio, including audio and video recording, editing, livestreaming, broadcasting, content creation, interviews. - No noise restrictions. - Late hours allowed - agreed in advance. - External catering allowed - agreed in advance. - Podcast studio is located on the 4th floor. Cleaning rules - please leave the studio in the same condition in which it was found and ensure all personal items and rubbish are removed before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Moderate • Cancel 30 days or more before the booking start date → 50% refund of the Rental Fee. • 72 hours needed to reschedule.
