The space is perfect for Yoga, fitness, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, wellness events, retreats, photography shoots, film and commercial shoots, brand activations, corporate away days, workshops, training days, private events, pop-ups, networking events. Not allowed - structural alterations, drilling into block walls, open flames without prior written agreement, smoking inside the studio, alcohol without prior agreement. Available on site - 10 tables, 40 chairs, whiteboard, projector screen, moveable clothing rail, 32 amp three-phase commando socket, dimmable lighting. No air-conditioning but industrial ventilation unit with heating and air circulation available. Music and sound levels must be kept reasonable at all times. Neighbouring residential properties nearby. Events with music after 11pm require a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). BYO alcohol – allowed with prior written agreement. Client is responsible for obtaining TEN from London Borough of Newham if needed. Fixed installations must not be moved or removed. Furniture must be returned to original layout. Public liability insurance minimum £2 million required for all professional bookings. All holes from any agreed drilling must be filled and surfaces reinstated. Cleaning - space must be left clean and tidy as found. All rubbish disposed of in designated commercial bin. All cardboard boxes must be flattened. Excessive cleaning required beyond normal use will be charged accordingly. Parking - nearest paid parking: Holiday Inn London Silvertown, approx £15 for 10 hours. Street parking available on nearby roads. There are accessible WC, standard WC, street-level loading directly outside on Hoy Street. Wheelchair access to ground floor only. Stairs only between floors, no lift.
