Lightship 95 is a recording studio on a converted historic ship. Capacity - 30 for an event, less for a recording session. Allowed uses – recording, filming, product launch. Parties are not allowed. Video equipment – 3 cameras for filming at an additional charge. Smoking is allowed only outside on deck. There are no accessible toilets or wheelchair access – steep stairs. Parking available for 2 vehicles max.
Cancellation Policy
Moderate: Cancel 30 days or more before the booking start date → 50% refund of the Rental Fee Cancel less than 30 days before the booking start date → non-refundable
