Kachette is a spacious 5,000 sq ft event space consisting of three rooms, which can be hired exclusively or as a multi-room hire. The space occupies the former Shoreditch Railway Station and has retained much of the Victorian characteristics from its construction in the 1800s. The venue is situated in a prime location with a very high footfall, on the corner of Old Street and Kingsland Road. Venue benefits include a high-end d&b sound system, commercial kitchen, private loading bay and production parking, along with accessible toilets, air-conditioning and a 10GB symmetrical network connection. Kachette is a perfect space for Brand Activations and Parties but equally suits Conferences and Tech Events with its blank canvas setup, and flexible layout options. It’s frequently hired by leading tech and gaming companies, f&b brands, clothing brands and private clients, hosting intimate gatherings, all the way up to large-scale parties.

Up to 10GBps available on request. For anything other than causal usage such as live streaming, it is strongly recommended that a technician be consulted. FIXING TO WALLS AND COLUMNS - Tension wires are provided along the walls, rated at 100kg or 30kg per fixing. Clients are not permitted to drill into the walls, and we also discourage the use of production tapes as they are inclined to leave residue, damage paint or brickwork. HANGING TRUSS -2 x Tri-Truss & 4 Quad-Truss (Load per Truss is 500kg). Please ensure during de-rig that ties and tapes are removed fully, leaving no dogears. Please inform us of any power requirements in advance and ensure that all electrical items bought into the venue for use are PAT tested and within date. We require clients to provide their own Public Liability Insurance to the value of £5m in advance of the hire period. Loading access - The venue front door is on a red route and not advisable to try and load through. We have a secure courtyard/loading bay at the rear. Loading address is 1 Drysdale Street, London, N1 6NA. Alcohol Licence - from 10:00-00:00. This can be extended for £300+VAT per hour. (Subject to availability).
