Cleaning - £200+VAT Waste Removals- £150+VAT Security on the door £25+VAT/h Bartender/Staff £25+VAT/h (If the booking is longer than 5 hours, the rate is £22.50+VAT/h) Decoration: - Dry-hire: bring your own decorations and equipment - Wall fixings: Nails/screws allowed (except brick walls); all holes must be restored - Vinyls: Low-tack adhesive recommended Catering: - You’re welcome to bring your own catering or use our recommended suppliers - Parking available for food trucks Capacity: - Standing: up to 200–250 guests (empty space) - Seated (screening setup): up to 100 guests Alcohol Policy: - Alcohol can be served free of charge - Selling alcohol requires a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) from Hackney Council - A corkage fee of £350 applies if alcohol is sold
