Perfect for film, photo, creative projects. Space is suitable for recording sound. Space does not have natural light. Residential area - noise restrictions apply. No in-house catering but we can recommend. No alcohol consumption on site allowed. Late hours allowed only for photo and film, no events. Studio is located in the basement, access via one set of stairs from the main door on the ground level. There is an option of off-loading right in front of the main door. Cleaning - we take care of cleaning.
