About the Space
Set in the heart of Central London on a quiet gated road Fiction Studios opened in 2015. Entering the studio is like opening the door to a forgotten world. Old books lining shelves, stairs that seem to go nowhere, a bookcase that opens to a secret room. Warm filament bulbs glow, cloaking every corner in an iridescent hue. The other side of the room is home to a state-of-the-art recording studio; its floor and walls lined with theatre red carpet. An array of vintage synthesizers hangs with gravity defying splendour from the walls. A revolving door leads onto an air-conditioned vocal booth and a secluded drum area which can double up as a green room or hair and makeup area. Push a book in one of the bookcases and a secret room/ kitchen area appears on the other side.

Crew under 10 people - Half day dry hire (4 hours) £660. - Full day dry hire (8 hours) £840. Crew over 10 people - Half day dry hire (4 hours) £900. - Full day dry hire (8 hours) £1080. Longer days available. Monday - Friday 6:00 – 19:00 Weekends available on request. Minimum Hire Duration: 4 hours Maximum Hire Duration: 13 hours

Allowed uses - Dry Hire for TV interviews, filmed podcasts, photo shoots, music videos, filmed content, workshops, small seated events. Not allowed uses – parties. - Late hours allowed – until 22:00 upon request. - Parking available on request - Wheelchair access available on request. - Venue is located on Lower Ground Cleaning - care must be taken in the studio area of the room around audio equipment.
Cancellation Policy
Charge fee - 50% if cancelled up to 2 days before the event, 75% if cancelled up to 24hrs before the event. Full payment is charged if cancelled on the day (less than 24hrs before the event).
