Venue Rules
No amplified noise allowed (i.e. live music with drums) No alcohol provided by the venue. No BYO alcohol allowed. No late hours. No smoking in the building. No in-house catering. External catering allowed. No promoted and ticketed events allowed. No Temporary Event Notice (TENs). Parking - £15 parking permits / £30 gated parking Cleaning: Please leave the space as you find it. Please do not leave items in hallways or prop doors open during the event. There is a secure overnight storage available.
Cancellation Policy
Moderate: Cancel 30 days or more before the booking start date → 50% refund of the Rental Fee Cancel less than 30 days before the booking start date → non-refundable
