- Set up and pack down is included in the booking time. - Please leave the studio as you found it or we'll have to charge a cleaning fee. - Overtime is charged after 10min from the end of the booking. - All ages are allowed in the space - The studio space will be as it appears in the listing photographs - Furniture and props can be moved around the studio on the condition that they are returned to where they came from - If furniture and props are not returned to their original location, a discretionary post-service cleaning fee will be applied - Furniture and large props cannot be moved out of the space - Smoke machines are allowed - Nudity is allowed - Security cameras cover the outside access roads and common spaces. - Noise restrictions after 20:00
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows, applied to h-hour: Cancellation >7 days out, 100% payment is returned Cancellation <7 days but > 48 hours out, we offer a free reschedule. Cancellation < 48 hours out, payment is not returned but we offer a 50% discount on your next booking.
