No parties allowed. No amplified noise (i.e. drums) No alcohol provided by the venue. No BYO alcohol allowed. No late hours. No smoking in the building. No in-house catering. External catering allowed. No promoted and ticketed events allowed. No Temporary Event Notice (TENs). Parking - £15 parking permits / £30 gated parking Cleaning: Space will be cleaned between bookings.
