Finding & Booking Your Space - How to make the most of your viewing?
This is your chance to decide if you like the space, and the perfect opportunity to collect all the details to prepare for your launch. The landlord knows the dates and the price so all you need to do is check that the space works for you. Spaces are rented as seen so make sure everything is perfect for your idea. If you like it, we recommend you move quickly after the viewing to avoid losing out. Make sure you have the funds ready to go as you’ll be asked to pay and sign in the next 48 hours to make the space yours! This is your one chance to view the space so we recommend that everyone involved in the decision comes down.
Instant Book (Tenant) - My Instant booking request was unsuccessful. What happens now?
Unsuccessful instant booking requests have either been declined by the Landlord or have expired without response. In both cases, the temporary hold on funds in your account is automatically released, and monies will be available for use within 48hrs. To find an alternative space, return to the search function and submit requests straight to the Landlords.
Instant Book (Landlord) - What is Instant Book and how does it work? (Landlord)
For bookings up to £2,000 Brands can request a tenancy at your space online without completing a viewing. Payment of rent and their signature of the Tenancy Agreement completes a request, and you then have up to 48 hrs to accept the booking request. Your countersignature of the Tenancy Agreement confirms the booking, and funds are automatically instructed for release to your account.
